Return Policy

We give you the possibility to return a ready-made item without any reason. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. On a case-by-case basis, we issue a credit for customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at support@heritagebarong.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange a ready-made item for another item, send the item back to us, and we will send you a new one. Applicable shipping costs will be charged for international deliveries.

 

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself to give to you personally, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

You'll be responsible for your shipping cost for returning an item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a shipping service that can be traced or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
